:: Proud Family ::

This last weekend was busy to say the least! This shoot took place on the families front porch, which provided for a more traditional setting/backdrop. It was a fun challenge to take on photographing such a large group, 15 to be exact!

Nathan, the middle child, will be heading to Afghanistan this next month to fight for our country. May God bless him and his family for their sacrifice & bravery. Here are a few of my favorite images from their session... the first one is so powerful to me, a father who is so proud of his boys - I love this image.

:: There's A Baby In There ::

I'm loving my recent maternity sessions. It's such a great time to preserve & capture. A time of anticipation, growth and excitment for the journey ahead with a new life. A brand new adventure is about to begin. This family is expecting their first child, a little girl. Such happiness. We had a great shoot this last weekend,the sun was so friendly to us. Thanks again Hannah for letting me get creative with you, you look amazing :)! Here is to another very long sneak peek. :: Waiting For "Sharky" ::

This family is the definition of cuteness. Momma is so beautiful (and tiny) at 8 months pregnant with another boy on the way. They are referring to him as baby "Sharky" for now ;). I absoultely LOVED this session. As a result, I couldn't pick just a few favorites, I had to keep editing more and more for the sneak peek because I LOVE SO many of them! Big brother should seriously be a children's GAP model. His smile is money. Thanks Margaret for going with the flow and letting me wrap you in my duvet cover and braving the cold water in February..such a great sport! Congratulations to a beautiful family!....AND a special thankyou to the best reflector holder & assistant ever...Laura.

:: Little Jovie Doll ::

Yesterday I had the privilage of photographing this great family out in Salem. They were so cute!! Little Jovie is turning one this week and these are her one year old photos. Happy birthday beautiful girl! She was an amazing little doll during the entire shoot! We had such a great session, got into some fun food shots as well as some more traditional shots :) Thank you guys for using me to capture these precious memories...and also a special thanks to my sister for being such an awesome assistant, and to her husband for allowing her to get out for the day! Okay...are you ready for this post? I've been working hard to get these up so fast and here is the sneak peek!! I am so excited with the outcome. I'd love to hear what you think! :: Fantastic Four ::

Here they are... the fantastic four. Such a gorgeous family. Of course I am partial to any family with twins ;) . I photographed these little boys when they were just about one month old, (View Here) man o man, how they have grown over the past 5 months! They are ADORABLE! These were taken yesterday at the grandparents property. Thanks to grandma and grandpa for shaking toys and being goofy so that the babies would smile! I had lots of fun seeing you all again!
